All W-tech machines are made of Magnelis®, a material composed of a layer of zinc, aluminum and magnesium, which gives the structure excellent resistance to corrosion and rust. Many W-tech customers need to have silent evaporative towers and evaporative condensers: therefore noise is also particularly important. Whether it is an industrial application or a civil application, noise emission levels are increasingly controlled. It becomes very important to install solutions that keep the noise generated by equipment under strict control. W-tech has extremely high-performance solutions to keep within the permitted limits.
WATER SAVING
Thanks to solutions with dry coolers or air cooled condensers, water consumption can be reduced to zero, while using towers or chillers can save up to 95% of consumption compared to a system with disposable water.
WATER TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT
Although many systems are already set up for the softening and upstream treatment of water, condensing machines, in general, require very specific characteristics of the water: W-tech meets these requests with systems for the management and treatment of reliable water and simple installation. W-tech’s evaporative towers and condensers are designed to be extremely easy to maintain, ensuring that there is no stagnation of water potentially dangerous to Legionella.
