Lorsque le mercure monte dans le thermom\u00e8tre, le choix du syst\u00e8me par lequel l&rsquo;installation \u00ab \u00e9vacue \u00bb la chaleur fait toute la diff\u00e9rence entre une production fluide et un<strong> arr\u00eat d\u00fb \u00e0 une pression ou une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Conception des installations de chauffage : l&rsquo;ancienne norme face \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 climatique actuelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, la conception standard des syst\u00e8mes <strong>de condensation refroidis par air<\/strong> en Europe reposait sur des estimations de pics de temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;environ <strong>30\/35<\/strong> <strong>\u00b0C<\/strong> . Une marge qui, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, semblait largement suffisante. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, ce sc\u00e9nario est d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par le changement climatique. Continuer \u00e0 concevoir en se basant sur les anciennes normes revient \u00e0 accepter un risque de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au moment o\u00f9 la charge \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et productive est maximale. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air ext\u00e9rieur augmente, la temp\u00e9rature de condensation du fluide frigorig\u00e8ne augmente in\u00e9vitablement elle aussi, ce qui entra\u00eene :  <\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Augmentation imm\u00e9diate de la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Baisse drastique du COP<\/strong> (coefficient de performance) de l&rsquo;installation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentation des pressions de service<\/strong> et diminution concomitante de la puissance frigorifique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risque accru d&rsquo;arr\u00eats de machine<\/strong> et d&rsquo;arr\u00eats impr\u00e9vus de l&rsquo;installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 : c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment lorsque le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement doit fonctionner \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime qu&rsquo;il perd en efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fluides frigorig\u00e8nes et installations \u00e0 l&rsquo;ammoniac<\/strong><strong>: les difficult\u00e9s techniques<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le goulot d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement thermique n&rsquo;est pas uniquement li\u00e9 aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, mais il est amplifi\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9volution technologique et par les r\u00e9glementations environnementales strictes en mati\u00e8re de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Le d\u00e9fi des nouveaux gaz r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants \u00e0 faible PRG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transition \u00e9cologique a impos\u00e9 l&rsquo;adoption de nouveaux gaz r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants qui pr\u00e9sentent souvent un <strong>glissement thermique important (de l&rsquo;ordre de 20 K)<\/strong>. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne augmente consid\u00e9rablement les temp\u00e9ratures et les pressions de condensation, rendant la gestion thermique estivale encore plus critique. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pourquoi les installations frigorifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;ammoniac souffrent-elles de la chaleur ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;ammoniac est l&rsquo;un des fluides frigorig\u00e8nes naturels les plus efficaces et les plus durables, mais il est extr\u00eamement sensible \u00e0 la condensation \u00e0 l&rsquo;air libre. Lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures ext\u00e9rieures d\u00e9passent 35 \u00b0C, les pressions internes atteignent rapidement des niveaux critiques.
