Regular equipment maintenance<\/strong> ensures that the performance for which the machine<\/a> was designed is maintained over time.
\nDepending on the type of machine, W-tech<\/strong> has developed inspection schedules<\/strong> that allow for short downtimes<\/strong> and long time maintenance intervals<\/strong>. These control plans inspect the parts most exposed to wear<\/strong> and the state of consumables, in order to optimise the running costs of the equipment.
\nTo ensure the best maintenance activity, W-tech<\/strong> provides specialised technicians, capable of providing the best machine maintenance programme<\/strong> according to the specific work context<\/strong>: industrial, commercial or civil. Obviously, each plant – as well as each component – needs its own maintenance specifications; the supply of quality spare parts<\/strong> also plays a key role.<\/p>\n

Manutenzione<\/p><\/div>\n

Native control plans for equipment designed by W-Tech can also be adapted to third-party machines<\/strong>, thus enabling a long service life for such equipment as well. Evaporative cooling machines are characterised by having a fairly simple structure, consisting of just a few elements. Each machine consists of the following components:<\/p>\n

– Coating
\n– PVC or PP exchange pack
\n– Drop eliminators
\n– Suction grids
\n– Spray nozzles
\n– Motor\/fan assembly
\n– Recirculation pumps<\/p>\n

The materials used<\/strong> as spare parts or consumables are of the same quality as those used by W-Tech<\/strong> during production<\/strong>, they\u00a0also enable third-party machines to obtain\u00a0the same performance<\/strong>\u00a0as on W-Tech’s own machines.
\nW-Tech can offer technical assistance<\/strong> for operation and maintenance of machines<\/strong>, revamping<\/strong> of existing machines and supply<\/strong> of the main spare parts<\/strong> and consumables.<\/p>\n
