The Savoia Hotel Regency is set in an 18th-century villa, 5 km from the centre of Bologna. Surrounded by a splendid 10,000 m² park, it boasts retro-style decorations dating back to 1960 and offers typical dishes of the Great Italian Cuisine and the Emilia Romagna Region.

The Savoia Hotel Regency is the reference point for the Meeting Industry, for meetings and major events, both nationally and internationally. Overall, the structure, in addition to the 126 rooms divided into 2 buildings, has a conference centre with 20 meeting rooms, bar, fitness area, summer swimming pool and ample free parking for up to 500 cars and buses. Finally, a new congress centre, the Savoia Auditorium of over 1200 square meters, which will soon open, will allow the holding of large events that require, in addition to the plenary hall, important exhibition spaces and/or parallel rooms.

On the occasion of the extension of the congress centre and the rooms area, for the air conditioning of these spaces, W-Tech presented a solution with two Centrifugal Ventilation Towers adjacent to the same congress centre and the new room wing. Due to the limited space available for installation, W-Tech centrifugal ventilation towers have been designed and built to measure to ensure the correct airflow to the machines. Furthermore, in order to minimize the sound emission given the location of the installation, the most performing silencers of the series were installed and the motor regulation was entrusted to the use of inverters, so as to obtain the best operation based on the power request to dissipate.
